Everymind at Work was a business that started for Paul as an idea on a notepad, driven by personal loss. It has now become a mental well-being partner supporting 100s of organisations in their fight against mental health stigma.
Paul wants to create change as a son, brother, husband, and dad to three boys.
Paul is also the author of “Man Up, Man Down”. Paul’s mission is to make a difference to just ONE person at a time. That’s all that matters.
