Watching professionals surpass what they thought was possible in roles they were truly meant to lead.
Your career hero or biggest inspiration?
My dad – for showing me that integrity and hard work open doors credentials alone can’t. And my children – for keeping me driven to succeed, no matter the political, economic, or personal climate.

The majority of my experience has been gained within the recruitment sector, where I specialize in providing operational management and comprehensive business support. I have extensive experience overseeing day-to-day operations, streamlining processes, and supporting teams to achieve their business goals efficiently and effectively.
What do you love most about your role?
I really enjoy the variety it offers – from liaising with different stakeholders and overseeing finance to leading our B Corp application and driving sustainability initiatives and project work. I love working behind the scenes to make sure everything runs smoothly across the business. I’m also lucky to work with a fantastic team; the collaborative environment we’ve built makes the work so enjoyable. We work hard, but we always make time for fun too!
Why did you choose this field?
I was drawn to this field because I enjoy creating structure, solving problems, and managing operational efficiency. My experience in recruitment companies exposed me to fast-paced, people-focused environments where I quickly discovered I was particularly well-suited to the operational side—designing processes and supporting teams to reach their goals. Over time, I’ve broadened my role to include areas I’m passionate about, like sustainability and wellbeing. It’s a rewarding mix of planning, collaboration, and making a meaningful impact on how a business runs.
Most rewarding part of the job?
Developing efficient systems and implementing processes that streamline operations, boost productivity, and free up the team to focus on what they do best—connecting people with opportunities!

Rose Marcario – best known for her role as the CEO of Patagonia. She proves how bold, values-driven leadership can successfully combine business results with real environmental and social impact.
